As the global bulk material trade scale continues to expand, the shiploading pain points of overseas ports, mines, and energy enterprises have become increasingly prominent: the capacity of traditional mobile ship loader conveyors is mostly between 2000-4000 TPH, resulting in Panamax ships (60,000-80,000 tons) and Capesize ships (80,000-120,000 tons) having a port stay time as long as 22-24 hours, with low berth utilization rate and high capital occupation cost. The ultra-high capacity of ZOOMRY's 8400 TPH mobile shiploader conveyor is more than twice that of traditional equipment, which can reduce the shiploading time of large bulk carriers to within 10 hours, directly breaking through the efficiency bottleneck. At the same time, it can adapt to scenarios such as multiple berths in ports and complex terrain in mines, meet environmental compliance requirements, reduce material breakage and spillage, and comprehensively solve shiploading problems in different fields.
Features of ZOOMRY Mobile Shiploader Conveyor
The 8400 TPH capacity of the ZRSL Series mobile shiploader conveyor is not just a simple accumulation of parameters, but a systematic upgrade from key hardware to overall structure based on the core logic of maximizing conveying efficiency and optimizing operation stability. Every technical design is developed to address the actual pain points of bulk material shiploading.
Ultra-Wide Wear-Resistant Conveying System
The Conveyor Belt is a fundamental component determining capacity. The ZRSL Series mobile shiploader conveyor adopts an 1800mm ultra-wide high-strength wear-resistant conveyor belt. Compared with the industry's mainstream 1200-1600mm belt width, the single conveying cross-sectional area is increased by more than 40%. The belt surface is covered with a 3mm-thick rubber wear-resistant layer, with a wear resistance coefficient of 0.8 (industry average is 0.5). For friction loss caused by heavy bulk materials such as coal and iron ore, its service life is extended to more than 3 years. Meanwhile, the belt adopts a dual design of "anti-deviation + anti-sticking": anti-deviation guide strips are built into the edges, and combined with automatic deviation-correcting idler sets, the deviation is controlled within 5mm; the surface is coated with an anti-sticking coating, which can reduce material residue by more than 90% for moist and sticky materials.
Dual-Drive Variable-Frequency Drive System
High capacity requires strong and stable power matching. The ZRSL Series mobile shiploader conveyor is equipped with two 400kW variable-frequency motors, adopting a "main drive + auxiliary drive" coordination mode, with a total output torque of 8000 N·m, which is 60% higher than that of a single-drive system. The motors comply with the IE3 high-efficiency energy standard, with an operation efficiency of over 95%, saving 12% more energy than traditional motors. At the same time, the variable-frequency control system can automatically adjust the speed according to material flow, avoiding "overload shutdown" or "no-load energy consumption" and ensuring the continuous stability of the 8400 TPH capacity.
Anti-Clogging Feeding and Conveying Channel
Traditional shiploader conveyors often have actual capacity far lower than the rated value due to "material accumulation and blockage". The ZRSL Series mobile shiploader conveyor solves this problem through two key designs: first, the feeding port adopts a "hopper + vibration buffer" structure, the inner wall of the hopper is paved with 16mm-thick Mn13 wear-resistant steel plates, and a high-frequency vibrator is installed at the bottom; second, the conveying channel adopts a "large inclination angle + streamlined" design, with the inclination angle controlled at 18°, and the inner wall of the channel is polished to a smoothness of Ra1.6, reducing material flow resistance and ensuring 8400 tons of materials pass smoothly per hour.
Application Scenarios of ZOOMRY 8400 TPH Mobile Shiploader Conveyor
Overseas customers have significantly different operation scenarios. The multi-ship scheduling in ports, complex terrain in mines, and material protection in energy enterprises all put forward personalized requirements for shiploader conveyors. Through modular design and function optimization, the ZRSL Series mobile shiploader conveyor realizes accurate adaptation to three core scenarios and can be quickly put into use without additional modification.
International Port Terminals
The core demand of international ports is "adapting to ships of different tonnages and efficiently utilizing berth resources". The ZRSL Series mobile shiploader conveyor can cover the full range of adaptation from 100-5000 ton inland river barges, 10,000-35,000 ton Handysize ships, to 60,000-80,000 ton Panamax ships and 80,000-120,000 ton Capesize ships, with a maximum operating radius of 30 meters and a lifting height of 16 meters. A single piece of equipment can serve 3 different berths. The wheeled chassis version is equipped with ultra-wide solid tires and has a moving speed of 5 km/h, which can complete berth switching within 30 minutes. For Panamax ships, the ZRSL can reduce the shiploading time from 24 hours (traditional equipment) to 10 hours, handle one more ship of the same class per day, and increase the berth utilization rate by 100%.
At the same time, the equipment strictly complies with international port environmental protection requirements: it is equipped with a bag filter device, with a dust emission concentration ≤10 mg/m³; it adopts a low-noise motor, with an operation noise ≤75 dB, meeting the EU EN 12015 environmental standard and the US EPA air pollutant emission limits.
Overseas Mine Parks
Most overseas mines are located in remote areas, facing the pain points of "complex terrain, lack of external power supply, and short-distance material transfer". The crawler chassis version of the ZRSL Series has a ground pressure ≤80 kPa, which can travel stably on unpaved roads such as muddy and gravel roads; the equipment is equipped with a 200kW diesel generator set (optional electric version), which does not rely on external power grids and can be directly deployed at the temporary shiploading point near the mine — eliminating the "short-distance truck transfer" link. Taking a large mine with a daily output of 100,000 tons as an example, it can reduce the daily transportation volume of 80 heavy trucks, reduce transportation costs by 40%, and reduce the material loss rate from the industry average of 1.5% to 0.5%.
In addition, in view of the high hardness of mine ore, the conveying channels and feeding ports of the ZRSL Series all adopt wear-resistant materials, and key components such as conveyor rollers are high-hardness products independently produced by ZOOMRY (Rockwell hardness HRC58-62), with a service life of more than 50,000 hours, reducing production interruptions caused by equipment failures in mines.
Energy and Building Materials Fields
Energy (thermal power, coal processing) and building materials (cement, sand and gravel) enterprises have strict requirements for "material quality protection": excessive coal breakage rate will reduce boiler thermal efficiency, and cement clinker pollution will affect product strength. The ZRSL Series has been optimized with targeted designs: first, it is equipped with a "slow shiploading mechanism", which controls the material falling speed within 0.5 m/s through hydraulic buffer technology, reducing the breakage rate of fragile materials to below 2%; second, the conveying channel adopts a closed structure, and combined with the rubber sealed skirts at the belt edges, it can effectively prevent the intrusion of external dust and rainwater.
In response to the needs of different climate regions, the ZRSL Series can also be equipped with a "temperature and humidity adaptation module": the low-temperature version (-30℃~5℃) is equipped with a motor heating device and a hydraulic oil insulation system, suitable for frigid regions such as Russia and Canada; the high-temperature version (30℃~50℃) is equipped with additional heat dissipation fans and cooling cycle systems, adapting to tropical regions such as Southeast Asia and Australia.
