TD75 universal fixed belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as TD type) is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, hydropower and other departments due to its large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and strong versatility. It is used to convey bulk materials or finished items. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be conveyed by a single machine, or multiple or combined with other conveyors to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system. The TD75 type is used in the range of ambient temperature +40°C to -10°C, and the temperature of the conveying material is below 50°C. For occasions with special requirements such as explosion-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion, heat resistance, and cold resistance, corresponding measures should be taken separately.
TD75 belt conveyor has six kinds of beltwidth: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400 mm.
Belt conveyor has become one of the important equipment in the whole production process. Advanced structure, strong adaptability, small resistance, long life, convenient maintenance and complete protection devices are the remarkable features of the belt conveyor.
Before the operation of the belt conveyor, first confirm that the belt conveyor equipment, personnel, and conveyed items are in a safe and intact state; secondly, check that there are no foreign objects in each moving part, and check whether all electrical circuits are normal. The conveyor is put into operation. Finally, check that the difference between the supply voltage and the rated voltage of the device does not exceed ±5%.
When the belt conveyor is put into operation, the following operations must be performed:
1. Turn on the main power switch, check whether the power supply of the equipment is normally supplied and whether the power indicator light is on. After normal, proceed to the next step.
2. Turn on the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. The normal state is: the equipment does not operate, the belt conveyor running indicator is off, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter displays normally (no fault code display).
3. Start each electrical equipment in sequence according to the process flow, and start the next electrical equipment after the previous electrical equipment starts normally (the motor or other equipment has reached normal speed and normal state).
In the operation of the belt conveyor, it is necessary to abide by the provisions of the items in the design of the conveyed items and the design capacity of the belt conveyor. Secondly, it should be noted that all kinds of personnel are not allowed to touch the moving parts of the belt conveyor, and non-professionals are not allowed to touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will. Finally, during the operation of the belt conveyor, the rear stage of the inverter cannot be disconnected. If the need for maintenance is determined, it must be carried out when the frequency conversion operation is stopped, otherwise the inverter may be damaged.
When the belt conveyor stops running, press the stop button until the system stops completely before cutting off the main power supply.
