ZOOMRY Launches Integrated Belt Cleaning System with Spray Bars – 99% Cleaning Efficiency

ZOOMRY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. has launched an Integrated Belt Cleaning System with Spray Bars, designed to solve carryback problems on belt conveyors handling sticky materials in mining, ports, power plants, and cement plants.

The system combines spray water with multi-stage scrapers to achieve up to 99% cleaning efficiency, significantly reducing belt wear and dust emissions while simplifying maintenance. The product is now available for global orders.

How It Works

Traditional head-section cleaning typically requires 2-3 separate cleaners installed at different points — complex to install, difficult to maintain, and inconsistent in performance. ZOOMRY's new integrated system consolidates multiple urethane scrapers, spray bars, and a collection hopper into a single rugged housing, delivering thorough cleaning in one installation.

Spray bars apply water to soften carryback before scrapers remove it in stages. This approach reduces scraper wear and minimizes belt surface abrasion.

Technical Specifications

The system accommodates belt widths from 400 to 2,400 mm and belt speeds up to 3.8 m/s. The housing is available in powder-coated steel or stainless steel, with custom configurations available upon request. An integrated hopper collects removed material, while the enclosed design suppresses dust and improves workplace conditions.

ZOOMRY provides bandwidth and material customization options, along with adjustable scraper configurations. Each system is shipped with installation documentation, with on-site technical support available upon request.
