In December 2022, Baoji Haoshun Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. and our company signed a contract on the design, construction, equipment installation and commissioning, operation and other consensus of the 3.7km belt conveyor transportation corridor construction project in the new mining area of Machi Quartz Mine. The project starts from the ore stockyard after the first breaking of the new mining area of Machi Quartz Mine, and ends at the stockyard of the finishing area.
The belt conveyor transport corridor has large transport capacity, small transport resistance, low power consumption, stable operation, and little damage to materials during transport. It is more and more widely used in coal, electric power, building materials, steel, chemical industry and other fields, especially in large-scale mineral production.
At present, the construction project of the 3.7km belt conveyor transportation corridor in the new mining area of Machi Quartz Mine has entered the tunnel construction stage. The survey of the No. 1 hole and the blasting of the No. 4 hole were carried out yesterday. The tunnel construction stage will be completed in July this year. At the same time, the design and measurement of the equipment have been completed and entered the production stage. It is expected to complete the delivery and trial operation of the equipment by the end of August this year to ensure the smooth completion of the new mining area of Machi Quartz Mine!
