Engineered to CEMA C standards for mining and industrial conveyors up to 42-inch belt width, these rubber disc idlers provide the stable belt support of a flat roller with the self-cleaning benefits of rubber discs. Unlike standard flat return rollers where sticky material accumulates into uneven deposits, the disc design sheds carryback during rotation — helping to control belt flutter on high-speed return conveyors. Available with 4-inch and 5-inch diameter rollers and labyrinth seals.
Rubber disc flat idlers are used on both the carrying and return side where sticky materials cause buildup on continuous roller surfaces.
