As a special bulk material, sulfur has physical properties and operational requirements that far exceed the standards of ordinary bulk material conveying equipment. Efficient and Stable Unloading

Aiming at the low bulk density of sulfur, the conveying system has been specially optimized. Its main Conveyor Belt is made of wear-resistant and antistatic material, which can reduce the risk of static electricity generated by friction of sulfur particles. The conveying speed has been precisely adjusted, combined with a 10-cubic-meter standard feed hopper (larger specifications can be customized), ensuring that sulfur does not get blocked or scattered during conveying, thus achieving continuous and stable operation.

The drive system selects internationally renowned brand SEW/FLENDER/JIE gear motors, with strong and stable power output. Even under long-term full-load operation, it can maintain the handling efficiency of 5000 tons per hour without attenuation, perfectly adapting to large-scale sulfur loading and unloading needs of large chemical enterprises or ports.

Full-Range Sealing Design

Targeting the dust-prone characteristic of sulfur, the equipment adopts a "full-process sealing" solution, achieving all-round protection from feeding to discharging. Meanwhile, the equipment has passed ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, with noise controlled below 45 decibels during operation, and dust emission concentration far lower than industry standards, fully meeting the environmental protection requirements of chemical industrial parks:

  • Rubber skirts are added at the bottom of the feed hopper, closely fitting with the conveyor belt to form the first sealing barrier, reducing sulfur particles leaking from gaps;
  • The head of the conveyor belt is equipped with polyurethane scrapers, which can completely remove residual sulfur on the belt surface, avoiding dust falling during return;

  • Optional chassis configurations: supports wheeled or crawler chassis. The wheeled chassis is suitable for rapid transfer on hardened roads, while the crawler chassis can move stably on soft ground or uneven sites, especially suitable for complex terrains in chemical industrial parks;
  • Multi-dimensional adjustment functions: equipped with radial rotation (maximum angle meets multi-berth operations), telescoping (adjusting operation radius), and pitch angle adjustment (adapting to different ship draft depths). Operators can complete all actions through remote control without frequent movement of the equipment;
  • Convenient transportation and assembly: the equipment can be disassembled into standard components and loaded into 40-foot high cube containers, reducing long-distance transportation costs; on-site assembly only takes 10-20 days, and with detailed installation instructions, it can be quickly put into use.

Intelligent Control System

The equipment is equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system and an HMI touch screen, supporting three operation modes. In addition, the equipment is equipped with an emergency stop system, which can trigger self-locking within 0.01 seconds in case of abnormalities such as belt deviation or power failure, preventing safety accidents caused by sulfur overflow and ensuring all-round operational safety:

  • Fully automatic mode: after presetting ship loading parameters (such as ship hold capacity, loading/unloading speed), the system automatically adjusts the conveying volume and operation angle to realize unmanned operation and reduce manual intervention;
  • Remote control mode: operators can complete all functions such as starting, stopping, and telescoping through a remote control within a 50-meter safe range, avoiding close contact with sulfur dust;
  • Manual mode: can be switched to manual operation in special scenarios to ensure the equipment flexibly responds to sudden needs.
