ZOOMRY Belt Break Detection is equipped with an automatic sensing and linked braking system, with a braking force of 50~1500kN. It is suitable for conveyor belts with a belt strength of 800~4000N/mm, quickly locking and preventing falling at the moment of belt breakage to ensure the safe operation of bulk material conveying systems under heavy-load working conditions.

Light-load models rely on a pure mechanical-gravity drive mechanism, requiring no external power supply or hydraulic station. Triggered by sudden changes in belt tension and gravity sensing, they can avoid failure caused by electromagnetic interference or power interruption in powerless environments, extremely cold climates or high-humidity salt spray scenarios, with a stable response time within 0.3 seconds. General-purpose and heavy-load models integrate hydraulic auxiliary triggering technology, combined with high-precision tension sensors and speed monitoring modules, to capture abnormal belt signals in real time and automatically complete the "monitoring-judgment-trigger" process. The response speed is increased to 0.2-0.3 seconds, perfectly adapting to high-throughput and high-belt-speed heavy-load scenarios.

Full Belt Surface Bidirectional Capture

ZOOMRY Belt Break Detection adopts a symmetrical wedge-shaped brake block structure. After triggering, the brake blocks on both sides synchronously tighten towards the center of the belt, realizing 100% full-belt bidirectional locking. It not only firmly fixes the carrying section of the belt to prevent material rollover and falling, but also accurately locks the return section of the belt to avoid stacking and winding around the drum, completely eliminating the loophole of "one-sided slip". The brake blocks are made of REACH-compliant polyurethane and rubber composite materials, subjected to special wear-resistant treatment, with a slip resistance coefficient of no less than 0.8, balancing braking friction and belt protection to avoid secondary damage such as scratches and tears. The braking deceleration is strictly controlled at 0.2-0.5m/s², and the inertial impact force is absorbed through the built-in buffer mechanism to prevent equipment resonance or structural deformation.

Convenient Installation and Maintenance

The frame is integrally formed with Q235B/Q355B high-strength section steel and alloy steel, inspected by ultrasonic flaw detection, with a defect grade meeting JB/T4730.3 Level I standard, capable of withstanding the instantaneous impact force during heavy-load capture. Two frame types are available: fixed and suspended. Light-load and general-purpose models support quick-installation fixture mounting, requiring no welding or drilling, and a single set can be deployed within 2 hours, which can be easily adapted to existing belt conveyors; heavy-load models adopt bolt fixing + foundation reinforcement design to ensure installation stability in high-inclination (-25~+32°) scenarios. The product has a protection level of IP65-IP67 and a corrosion resistance level in line with ISO 12944-6 C4-C5-M standard.
