Product Overview
The blue impact bed is installed in the loading zone of belt conveyors to absorb impact energy from falling materials, protecting the belt from punctures and structural damage. The high-visibility blue impact bars allow maintenance teams to quickly assess wear levels during routine inspections, helping schedule replacements before belt damage occurs.
Manufactured with UHMW polyethylene and natural rubber layers, each impact bar delivers excellent abrasion resistance, low friction, and superior impact absorption — with the added benefit of a clear visual wear indicator.
