Telescopic Stacker Conveyor is the ultimate solution for flexible mobile stacking of bulk materials. Designed for maximum efficiency and convenience, this innovative telescopic stacker conveyor system is the perfect choice for any industrial setting — whether it's a yard, open-pit mine, wharf, or concentrator.
The stacking height of our telescopic stacker reaches 20 meters, and it handles a wide variety of materials — from coal and iron ore to grain and fertilizer. The system is fully movable, rotatable, and retractable — replacing loader operations in various stacking situations while improving overall work efficiency.
One of the most impressive features is its retractable design: the telescopic boom collapses when not in use to save space, then extends to full length when operation resumes. Paired with a hopper feeder, it forms a complete mobile stacking and loading system.
Application
A telescopic stacker conveyor is a type of material handling equipment commonly used in industrial settings to handle bulk materials such as coal, grain, minerals, and aggregates. It is designed to be mobile and flexible, making it ideal for applications where materials need to be transported over long distances or where site layout changes frequently.
The system consists of a base conveyor mounted on a movable frame, equipped with a telescopic boom that extends and retracts — reaching farther distances and stacking materials higher. The boom can be raised, lowered, tilted, and rotated to precisely control material flow. The Conveyor Pulley at the discharge end ensures smooth belt operation throughout the full range of motion.
Stockpiling in Mines and Quarries
One common application is stockpiling materials such as coal, ore, and sand. The mobile stacker conveyor builds large stockpiles easily accessed by loaders and trucks. The telescopic boom reaches over obstacles and stacks in tight spaces — ideal for mines and quarries.
Port and Terminal Operations
At ports and terminals, the telescopic stacker conveyor loads and unloads ships and barges, efficiently handling bulk materials such as grains, fertilizers, and minerals. The telescopic boom reaches over vessel sides to access all areas of the cargo hold — working seamlessly alongside mobile ship loaders and truck unloaders.

Application Advantages
- Rotating the stacker in a fan-shaped pattern increases overall stacking capacity;
- Extendable length further maximizes stockpile volume;
- Fully movable — easy to relocate between work sites;
- Hydraulic cylinder adjustment of stacker angle reduces dust and simplifies maintenance;
- Non-standard design — custom length and transport capacity according to user needs.

Component Details
The included angle of the stacker can be controlled between 4 degrees and 20 degrees, giving operators precise control over stockpile height and shape.
Front wheel traveling device — hydraulic motor, tires, chain, and chain guard assembly
The front wheel traveling device is mainly composed of a traveling frame, hydraulic motor, traveling tires, chain, and chain guard. Connected to the base via pin shaft, it enables the stacker to rotate into working position. The hydraulic outriggers fully lift the front of the base, allowing manual rotation of the front wheel device to its working position. After positioning, the outriggers retract and all tires contact the ground for normal operation. When relocating, the outriggers lift again, the device rotates 90°, and the stacker is towed away. Tire pressure: 11-12 MPa, maximum not exceeding 12 MPa.
Electrical control box — the operation center of the entire stacker, bolted onto the base
All stacker operations are completed through the electrical control box, which is bolted onto the base.
Tail wheel rotation device — tire, turntable, and bracket assembly
The tail wheel rotating device consists of a tire, turntable, and bracket. The base and fixed frame of the belt conveyor are all installed on the bracket of this rotation device, enabling smooth radial movement.
