Project Background
In October 2018, Mr. Zhang Lei, Vice President of Zoomry Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., signed a contract with Luanping County Weiyuan Mining Co., Ltd. for a long‑distance belt conveyor project. The system was designed to transport iron ore across challenging terrain, featuring multiple horizontal curves and climbing sections that required specialized curved belt conveyor technology to navigate without additional transfer stations.

Operation & Performance
From equipment installation to operation, the conveyor system has been running smoothly without any production‑affecting issues. The customer has given very positive feedback on its reliability and efficiency. The entire system is equipped with heavy-duty Conveyor idlers and wear-resistant rollers designed for the abrasive nature of iron ore, ensuring long-term stable operation with minimal maintenance requirements.
After‑Sales Support
Zoomry's after‑sales technical team visits the project site every three months on average, providing customer training and solving any operational problems. This proactive support has greatly contributed to the system's long‑term stability. Regular inspections cover all critical conveyor core components including belt condition, idler rotation, and drive system performance.
Repeat Order
Due to high customer recognition, Weiyuan Mining placed an additional order for a belt conveyor in 2020. The new system is now officially running, and all inspections have confirmed normal operation. This repeat order demonstrates the proven reliability of ZOOMRY's long-distance curved belt conveyor systems in demanding iron ore mining applications.
