HDPE Roller Overview
ZOOMRY HDPE rollers — also known as plastic conveyor rollers — are corrosion-resistant Conveyor idler components engineered for harsh environments including mines, chemical plants, and coastal ports. Made from high-density polyethylene, they support extended service life under normal operating conditions with significantly lighter weight than steel rollers.
Unlike steel rollers which require coating to resist rust, HDPE rollers are inherently non-corrosive — making them the preferred choice for fertilizer plants, coastal ports, and salt terminals where chemical resistance is critical.
